Returns and Refunds:

Returns and refunds are only accepted for items damaged in transit. Please read the item descriptions carefully and if you have any questions do not hesitate to ask. I love to help.

Most items are handmade and made to order by me, Laurel Kotewicz

To get a refund or a replacement product the buyer needs to provide pictures of the damaged box and the damaged item(s). You can use the contact page or email me at thewireprincess@gmail.com

Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of both the buyer and seller agreeing the item was damaged. 

Exchanges for a damaged item will take 2-9 days to be made once contacted and shown proof of damage and shipped shortly after both the buyer and seller have agreed.
